The job flow and quality control procedures of UniDoc are outlined in the table below.

Quotation
  1. After clarifying job details and delivery date with client, UniDoc prepares a written quotation.
  • All specifics and any difficult areas are discussed and clarified. Solution strategies are discussed.
Preparation
  1. UniDoc forms a project team.
  2. Source document is organized.
  3. Client data files are collected.
  4. Client artwork is collected.
  • Delivery dates are confirmed
  • Communication channels between UniDoc and client are established.
  • Communication is maintained throughout the project for smooth operation.
Translation
  1. Translator or translation team commences translation.
  • Translators are native speakers of destination language.
  • Translators use all available reference material.
  • Translators follow any specific style or terminology guidelines.
Graphics
  1. Scanning, illustration, and page layout design begins.
  • Artwork is created by experienced professionals.
  • We support all major file formats.
Assembly
  1. Text file conversions are performed.
  2. DTP or other production work is performed.
  3. Laser printouts of first draft are made.
  • Jobs containing translations are proofed by translator or another native speaker of the target language.
Proofing
  1. Hard copy is shown to client for checking and approval.
  2. Any changes and/or corrections to data are made in-house at UniDoc.
  • Customer may add new material or change content as required.
  • Proofing cycle continues between UniDoc and client until both parties are satisfied.
Final
  1. Completed data is output to final medium or uploaded electronically.
  • Client confirms safe data retrieval.
